Wooldridge Creek for the win!

Yesterday saw Ur Mom playing at the first of three winery gigs for January. Wooldridge Creek in the Applegate Valley was first up, with an afternoon of music for their wine club winter release weekend. The four-hour event started off a little rough, with some equipment issues that had us starting a little later than planned. And the chill in the air made it a little hard to keep our hands warm, and our instruments in tune. But once we got going, things heated up! (The patio heaters sure helped!)

Roughly 250 folks showed up throughout the course of the afternoon, enjoying the excellent wines, the toasty fires and the music. One comment heard frequently during the day was how nice the song variety was, that Ur Mom's sets were fun and appealing to everyone. Yes! That's what we aim for!
